2012 Rates

All rates are per room, per night, and include buffet breakfast and local taxes.

The hotel is closed from Monday 5th December 2011 until Thursday 8th March 2012 inclusive and from Monday 3rd December 2012 until March 2013.

On-Line Booking

We do not offer an on-line booking service as the hotel is so small that we run the risk of taking a telephone booking for the last room at the same time that someone else is booking it online. We always answer e-mail enquiries within 24 hours and try and will always try and respond within 12 hours (or much faster!).

Check In Times

Check in can be any time after 9.00, although your room may not be ready until 2.00 pm. For late check-ins, please advise us in advance if you expect to arrive after 6 pm. Check-ins after 8 pm are ONLY by previous arrangement.

Children

La Villa only accepts children over the age of 10 - except when the whole hotel is booked for a wedding, or private event.

Additional Costs

There is an additional charge of €20 per head, per night, for 3rd and 4th guests in a suite.

Pets

We do allow small dogs (below knee high), but only in ground floor rooms and only one dog at a time. There is a €25 per dog, per stay, charge for additional cleaning.

Deposit

We reserve the right to charge a 20% deposit of the whole value of the booking at the time of booking. We also require credit card details as security for the reservation.

Cancellation

The following cancellation terms apply:

* cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival - 20% of the value of the booking

* cancellation from 7 - 30 days before the scheduled arrival - 50% of the value of the booking

* cancellation 1 - 7 days before the scheduled arrival and 'no show' - 100% of the value of the booking

In the event of cancellation, we can issue an invoice for you to claim on your travel insurance.
